S.threadscan - AI vision inspection for sheet and towel folders

Industrial cameras and AI models trained on your linen inspect every sheet and towel at line speed. The S.threadscan names the defect and tells the folder which piece to reject. Clean pieces stack as usual. Only the defective piece leaves the line.

Available as an add-on to CLMTexfinity sheet and towel folders, and as a retrofit to existing lines.
